Going to a hotel aimed at “An older clientele”

We’ve sort of fallen in love with the idea of visiting a specific hotel. It’s quite traditional, small, in an old manor house out in the countryside but near the coast (not UK). Apparently the clientele are mainly older British and American couples, usually posh.

It’s the kind of place where people have a cocktail with the other guests before going to dinner. I’m usually quite reserved but happy to chat if people are interesting.

Now the issue is that dp and I are probably about 40 years younger than the average age. Has anyone been to a hotel aimed at an older crowd and enjoyed it?

Aware it’s not prescriptive but don’t want to feel out of place!
