Hotel Club Jandia Princess

Hi all
Has anyone stayed at this hotel in Fuerteventura?
Is it nice, are the pools heated for the winter?
What's the all-inclusive package food /drink like ??

Hopeful bump!!

We were there for Xmas about 4 years ago. At that time it was lovely, however it could have changed. I think the pools were a little chilly but it didn't bother the kids. There was also an adults only pool which we didn't get to use as we were in the 'family only' part of the hotel

I seem to remember that in the main restaurant and snack bar you help yourself to soft drinks, beer and wine on tap, unlike some AI where they serve you at the table, but this didn't bother us.

Can I ask, was there much to do at the hotel , or anywhere to go for a walk in the evenings??

There wasn't much within walking distance. If you are fit with no mobility issues you can walk down to the beach, it is quite a long path with a lot of steps. There are a couple of bars down there which had flamenco on. We went to the evening entertainment in the hotel which was geared up for the little ones (ours were only 6 and 8 at the time). I think they had pianists and singers in the upstairs bar but we were all back in the room by about 9.30. The main town is about 10 minutes away by taxi, full of bars and restaurants but we were happy staying in the hotel mostly having young kids.
