Hotel with spa northern England

Has anyone got any recommendations for a hotel in northern England where I could take my daughter for a few nights after her GCSE exams? I really like the look of the Ribby Hall Hotel, but you have to be 18 to stay there. Looking for somewhere with a relaxing pool area, ideally with a spa too. Thanks 😊

Rockcliffe Hall, Seaham Hall, Ramside, all lovely and in the north east.

Northern England is pretty big! Can you narrow it down?

Anyway, if you're thinking North Yorkshire I'd recommend Swinton Estate.

brimstone, Langdale Estate nr Ambleside - it’s amazing!

Ragdale Hall is in Leicestershire so more midlands-y but I enjoyed my stay there. It has a lovely rooftop heated infinity spa pool which is very instagrammable for the kids!

Ramside is lovely!

Titanic spa in huddersfield is great but not sure how old you need to be

The midland hotel in Manchester City centre has a lovely spa, and perfect for some retail therapy as well.

Carden Park near Chester is amazing. Lots outside including little pods to have drinks

Seaham Hall is gorgeous!

I took 14 yo old to The Grand in York in October and he loved it. Not a "spa hotel" but a lovely hotel with a spa, if that makes sense and York is great.

I spent a night last week in the Thornton Hall hotel and spa. The spa is lovely, the room was nice and the breakfast was very good. We combined it with a shopping trip to Cheshire Oaks.

Crow Wood in Burnley. I've been to both Ribby Hall and Crow Wood, and Crow Wood wins hands down. Not sure on the ages though.

If you're not going as far north, Shrigley Hall in Cheshire is quite nice.
