Will easyJet release more Summer 23 flights?

Looking at flights to Spain this summer, wondering if what's already available is 'it' or if they may add more between now and summer. I seem to remember booking couple years ago in June for a July flight, and there being more choice. But don't want to wait if no more will be released.

Thanks.

Have you booked your TARDIS? 2023 was last year :-)

I can't answer the specific, but if you are married to certain times or dates, I wouldn't suggest risking it. Last summer there were thousands of bad delays on a number of airlines due to them not having booked enough planes for the summer, and I doubt they will be making that mistake again. So there may not be "enough" planes to add any more when you want them.

I wouldn't have thought so. Easyjet's summer 2024 flights have been on sale since Sept 2023 and there are only so many slots at the airports they use and I'm sure they will all have been allocated for the busy summer season. I'd book now, if I were you, but shop around. If you look on Skyscanner you'll see most of the airlines, although I think Ryanair you have to look on their website.

I very much doubt it. For next winter, possibly.

Easyjet don’t have planes sitting around- they will be scheduled to be in the air as much as possible and therefore the schedules are fixed many months in advance

sure, changes happen, but I’d very much doubt a significant increase in number of actual flights

Btw it’s very possible of course that whatever route you were looking at 2 years ago vs this time round, Easyjet have reduced their frequency to that destination
this will probably be due to competition from another carrier though, so worth looking into that

They did last year ( from leeds).. we always book and go .. usually just a month in advance.. sometimes less... and go abroad 6 times a year.
If it was my one big annual holiday...not sure if I'd chance it.
If you join Jet2.. you can get 60pp off for a package.. but not flights only.
