Ferry times from Skiathos to Skopelos and Alonissas

Hi, does anyone have any ideas if ferries run all day? We fly into Skiathos in the afternoon and want to head straight to Alonissos for our holidays and end our holiday in Skiathos but can only see a morning ferry.

Do they run more regularly in August? Has anyone had experience of this.

Hi I went to Skopelos from Skiathos last August - as I recall there are only a couple of ferries each day, and they don't run in the afternoon. We had a long wait in Skiathos for our flight home after getting the ferry back.

Thanks. Hard to know whether to risk it. Some others have said there are regular afternoon ferries so hard to know!
