Has anyone ever been on one?

What was good/bad? Would you do it again?

I'm trying to wrap my head around how it all works and wondering if it's worth a punt!

We used to do them when ds was little. They are fine, it will depend on which park you pick, you need to pick one that’s suitable for yourselves. It works out to more than £9.50 each as they add on a linen charge, entertainment pass etc but it’s still good value

Thankyou, I did think there would be extras (and don't mind at all). Did you use UK parks or go abroad? I'm also factoring in car hire as would like to use the park as a base.

Yes for years since 2007. Had some lovely holidays there is a promotion running at the minute includes dates up to next March and European ones (you need to sort your own flights, ferry is discounted on certain dates) join the main £9.50 sun holidays group all the information in there. Avoid Pontins x

I went on 2 a year 2006-2013 ish, it was all we could afford. They were absolutely brilliant - we always picked coastal places.

The Park Holidays UK ones are a bit quieter than the Parkdean ones (a lot of the Park Holidays UK ones have free passes and free upgrade at the minute)

It's the Dover Calais Ferry discounted on certain none peak dates you can get it as cheap as £98 I've also seen some Euro ones for £9.50 each from September time x

I found it difficult selecting a choice of dates as my husband is a teacher so can't go term time. I think some of them are Hoeseasons and I looked directly and there were holidays available for £100-£200 at the time for we booked direct. Worth a look if selecting several dates is also an issue for you.

Am I right in thinking they are always term time?

There are some holidays you have to be quick. I looked the other day and there were still a few for 22nd July, (Summer holidays for some) also check October half term dates xx
