Every year I spend hours and hours researching summer holidays! It'll be me and three kids (17,15,9). I'd like to take them to nice for a couple of nights to experience a city but then would love to find a hotel nearby with a pool where I don't have to move off the subbed!! Anyone know of any such hotels around the nice area? How would I get to it from the city? Thanks!!!

Sounds lovely

I really like that second place thanks. I was more thinking of staying in an air BnB in the city for a couple of nights then moving on to a resort hotel

Funnily enough I'm thinking of a very similar thing. I was thinking of taking the train to Menton after a couple of nights in Nice.

Interesting. Why menton?

Novotel by the airport has family rooms and a pool. Easy to get into town on the tram.

Or Juan Les Pins is my favourite.

booking.com has a few places with pools

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I still can't find a hotel complex near to nice so I'm thinking of flying from nice to somewhere like Majorca for the second part of the holiday. My kids absolutely love a good pool with slides etc. and I can't find anything like that near Nice

Menton is so lovely, we went on a day trip from Cannes and loved it. Eze is gorgeous too but overly touristy.
From what you've said OP I'd give Nice a miss and have a couple of days in Palma de Mallorca instead. There are some great Airbnb's and the cathedral and palace are gorgeous and it's wonderful for wandering round. Loads of shops and restaurants. I certainly prefer it to Nice.

Thanks @itsmyp4rty I think Majorca might be good for us. I'll see if I can fly there from nice
