Accommodation in Menorca - luxury, pool, beach front, good for tween & toddler

Looking for somewhere that is nice like Ikos resorts but in Menorca please. First couple weeks in July. Happy for resort or villa but not had much luck so far!
Any recommendations?

Thanks! I did see that airbnb and it looks just my thjng but the pool is too small for the kids I think.
Loved Melia but a bit out of budget for this year sadly!
