Budget of £2000 per person (ish) to be a bit sensible and max 14 days. I'm trying to decide where to go for a honeymoon... so far thinking of India and Nepal (small group tour coming in at £1900 pp) Sri Lanka (flights aren't cheap but personal connections mean we don't pay full price for hotels, can borrow a car and driver but been before), Thailand 3 centre holiday with trail finders, Caribbean cruise, Senegal, Zanzibar .... but where (a nice problem to have!)

We went to Japan and it was amazing

Problem with India is that people still get D&V quite frequently there. It could take you out for your whole trip

We’re just back from
Japan and agree, it was amazing! Depends what you’re looking for though and when you’re travelling? We also loved Sri Lanka but if you’ve been, maybe somewhere different?
how about Peru, again we loved it there, Cambodia and Vietnam, South Africa, Malaysia, so many places. Tell us what you’re after and when and I’ll have a think! Congratulations too! Oh and Tanzania and Zanzibar are on my list!

I'd go for Costa Rica personally.

I'd definitely avoid India and probably Nepal. I got food poisoning several times in both places. In india, I was also very badly affected by the air pollution even though I'm not asthmatic.

Caribbean is lovely. Avoid the hurricane season.
