I have - it’s gorgeous. Don’t have DC do can only speak for myself and DP but loved it. The water park is nice but relatively small and there are a LOT of steps from the very top (water park) down the beach but the food was nice and the beach is really big.

Great thanks @SparklyIron are the pools salt water? We went to Greece last year and kids couldn't go underwater as eyes stung in the saltwater.

Yes we went this summer and loved it. The pools weren't salt water - lovely to swim in. We had the best time and would highly recommend!

We went with an 8 year old and an 11 year old - water park was perfect for my two - didn't want to be there all day so we'd go to the main pool or the beach as well.
Lots of water sports on the beach and activities round the pool. The evening entertainment was a bit mixed but the kids enjoyed the games room.

Food was lovely.

There is a train that takes you up and down to the water park so we were very lazy. Also mini golf and tennis courts up there too.

My 7 and 11 year old DC loved it and say it's the best holiday they've had! It's very self contained though, with one bus a day into Herakleion, so we didn't really see much of Crete itself..
