We're thinking of camping further south than we've done before in the hopes of getting more sun. Any recommendations for a nice site within walking distance of a town and good for dc's 8 - 5?

Are you looking at Gascony/ SOuth West France with huge waves, or Languedoc area, or ST Tropez type region?

My favourite is Languedoc and we love La Carabasse and La Sirene sites, but have also good was Le Vieux Port in Gascony. Have been to St Tropez but sooooooo busy & expensive won't be going back! (Glad we did it though!)
