Spanish city with teen DS? How to arrange!

I'd love to take my teen DS for a short break to a small Spanish city, possibly Seville or Malaga, flying from Birmingham either Feb half term or Easter.

It's just been so long since I've done anything like this that I'm not sure where to start!

I guess I try to book flights first (through the airline?) and then hope to find accommodation for those dates afterwards?

Any tips, advice or recommendations about useful websites for bookings would be very welcome! 🙂

@ForNaiceHiker unfortunately not! I injured my back just after Christmas and have been unable to travel or do anything really since then. DS was so excited to go but has been lovely about us having to postpone it and hopefully we'll be able to get away sometime. Could just do with some Spanish sun too 🙂

We had a few days in Seville last week and had a lovely time.
I now need a beautiful courtyard garden with herbs and citrus and gently dropping water in a tiled Moorish pool....😁
