Ideas on how to surprise hubby with weekend away?

Hi all, my husband has a big birthday coming up and we’re heading to France for a long weekend to enjoy some food and wine (and peace and quiet!) it’ll be our first holiday without our little one (who will be almost 2 at the time).

This is his only gift so any imaginative ideas on how I can “wrap” up this present or how I present the holiday to him?

Thanks in advance!

A nice hamper with French wine and French cheese with a note saying something like, "Can't wait to recreate this in..."(wherever you're going)

A scratchcard/ticket from Etsy with the details of your trip

Have a great time!

Where are you staying ? For dh's 40th birthday I booked a holiday to Ibiza and mocked up a brochure of thr hotel and gave him that with the dates on thr back

What about a treasure hunt at home? You can hide clues around your house with little gifts at each clue, such as a little bottle of Champagne, macaroons, cheese etc & the final clue could be some mocked up flight tickets?

present yourself in a pair of French knickers and a beret and tell him his birthday has come early
A hamper of cheese, wine and baguette.

Some tickets for French film at cinema, posh bottle French wine, French cheese etc then last of all envelope with trip itinerary

Hahaha oh he’d definitely prefer this method but I’m leaning towards the hamper 😂
