So I know when we need to start saving.

There isn't really an answer for that. They enjoy it different ways at different ages.

My friend just to Eurodisney with her DDs aged just 5 and just 7. Both got a lot out of it. The 5 yr old believed that the characters were the real ones. The 7 yr old knew they were people dressed up.

Took our 7yr old DD and 3yr old DS last year and they both loved it and are still talking about it! I think they enjoy it on their own different level. She loved the Princess characters and the slightly older rides, he loved the Wild West Show, and everything in FantasyLand (Aimed at younger children), Oh and the Buzz Lightyear ride!! Have a fab time!

I'm working on the theory we will go but when they can remember it as it too expensive to go more then once may be twice.

Just got back from taking our (just) 3 yr old to Disney World - he absolutely LOVED the whole holiday. I think older children would enjoy the rollercoasters and rides etc, but for the under fives, it is still a magical holiday and well worth every penny.

Plenty of time to save - we went to Disneyworld when our boys were 10 and 14 and they had a great time! They preferred Epcot tho...

Took my dc at 2 and 4 and then again at 4 and 6. 6 year old has twigged about the costumes but is willing herself to believe!

I went when I was 14 and had a fab time.

My DS loved it at age 9, there is the 2 bit now which appeals more to older kids but he first went whe he was 4 and loved it then to, I would say there is a lot for all ages. DS is 11 now and I know he would love it even now. So plenty time to save up .

Took our dd's aged 2.3 and 5.5 and they both loved it and even the little one often asks to go to 'disney castle tday'. We plan to go back again in two years time, when I'm sure they will both still love it. To be honest I imagine its something they would enjoy right up to the pre-teen years.
