LeonardosDad · 13/03/2008 22:30

Hi - our 3 month old gets really hot and sweaty in our MaxiCosi carseat - and so gets uncomfortable and unhappy. Does anyone else have this problem and any ideas to stop it happening ?
Thanks

You can get a towelling liner for MC seats.

I just put the coat on till they are in the car, then take it off them. She now enjoys car trips, and so do we!

Think it may be a common probs...only time it didn't happen with us is when we were in OZ and had air-con...tried to dress kids in cotton though still their backs were soaking wet without air-con

We had this problem too, just dressed DS in really cool clothes in car. Think Maxi cosi do a summer weight car seat cover so you could investigate this.

I got the towelling summer liner thus, which helps a lot

remember they don't usually need hat and coat etc in the car
