If you want hot and sunny then Europe is out in March. Arabian peninsula, so UAE, Oman, etc would work. I personally wouldn't go to Egypt as a lone female! SE Asia. Caribbean. Mexico. I reckon you could get a decent holiday to any of those destinations for one person in March for £3k.
