Has anyone used The Travel House ltd for flights?

I booked flights last night to USA. Ended up purchasing from The Travel House ltd based near Heathrow. The flights all exist and the company is ATOL protected (I checked on the ATOL website before purchasing and then they sent me an ATOL certificate). I checked reviews on trust pilot and they are quite highly rated. However for some reason I am now having a slight panic about them. I have no idea why! I used a credit card to pay in case there are any problems and they don't deliver the flights. I feel that I have done as much due diligence as I could before purchasing so I have no idea why I feel like this except that I normally buy direct from an airline.

What advantage do they offer over booking direct? Unless it's substantially cheaper (for flights that actually exist of course) or they're selling flights that you can't book direct with the airline, I don't see why you wouldn't do just that?

I didn't go ahead with the booking and have paid £700 more to book direct with airline.

Have to say The Travel House were very responsive and prices were fantastic., so I may have been overly cautious.

I'm not flying for a few weeks but I had to speak to the flight operator a few weeks ago and my flights are all booked and paid for. Great site!!

Much much cheaper because they search out routes that other companies don't as far as I could tell. For example I'm flying via NYC, but no other site came up with that as being an option. I'm flying with American Airlines and the flights are all showing on the AA app. Plus the airline had the booking when I spoke to them.

Was your flight all Okay, any issues with the booking? I am looking at some flights with Qatar airways which are £200 cheaper a person.

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with The Travel House. This company is operating unethically and should be avoided at all costs.

They accepted full payment for a booking but failed to issue any e-ticket or booking confirmation. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proactive communication from their side. When we finally managed to reach them, we were told the ticket had not been issued, despite the fact that payment had already been taken.

To make matters worse, they have not provided any valid evidence of a refund. Every attempt to get a resolution has been met with evasive responses and a complete lack of accountability.

This is not just poor service, this is outright fraudulent behaviour. No reputable travel company operates in this manner. I strongly urge others not to trust The Travel House under any circumstances. This has been a deeply frustrating and distressing experience.

Trust your instincts and stay away — this company is a scam.

I have to say they were bloody brilliant when I used them. There are two companies with the same name though, not sure you used the same one as me
