Tenerife small hotel ideas

Where does one find smaller hotels? I can't face a massive place.
Our budget is about £4k I suppose including flights.
To be honest I've never booked a family holiday so idk where to start.
We want to drive day trips to the big water parks and find hidden coves to swim in the sea. Maybe some coasterring or other activities like that as my kids are 13 and 14

Google “small hotels Tenerife” and you’ll get some ideas. We went to a lovely hotel in Los Cristianos in October half term but it was adult only so no good for you unfortunately. Maybe an apartment would suit you better?

I did Google that, lots of links from companies... taking you to some big hotel!
Trawled booking.com a bit more and I found 1 or 2.
I like breakfast provided at least otherwise I don't get up!

Baobab Suites
are on the smaller end and child friendly but may not be small enough for you

La Caleta or Los Gigantes might be good areas to look. Try going to those areas on google maps and searching for hotels

Royal sun in los gigantes. Small hotel, massive balconies! And we always managed to park outside on the road for free.

We always stay at diamond resort sunset view in san blas. Apartments across from a square with shops bars etx
