Boots for Iceland

I need a pair of winter boots for Iceland. Any recommendations? I want them to look trendy - I really don't like the walking boots where they look all patchworkey !

Try Merrell or Sorel - the former for warm leather goretex boots that look fairly normal , and the latter for more traditional snow boots type.

Just had a look and saw a gorgeous pair on sorel. Not cheap but as I live in the north west of England I will get loads of wear out of them! Thank you for your help

Ahh you're very welcome, glad you've seen something you like! I have some very old Merrell calf-length goretex nubuck ones, not fur-lined but so warm. I like the look of the Sorel Joan lace-up fur-lined ones but probably can't justify any other boots! My actual walking boots are by Keen, which I'd also recommend.
