Just me and a friend will be in London for a few days next week. We're staying near the Tate Modern. All recommendations for breakfast and dinner very welcome. X

What kind of food do you like and what kind of money do you want to spend? There's so much to choose from it's impossible to advise without knowing more!

We were thinking of maybe a nice bakery for breakfast and perhaps an amazing steak for dinner. Budget wise we don't mind as long as you get what you pay for if that makes sense. Like I wouldn't mind paying £50 for an excellent steak

Absolutely go to Caravan for breakfast. Just around the corner and totally brilliant for breakfast (and dinner!).

I like flat iron for a decent reasonable prices quick steak and ave Mario Covent Garden for sensory overload.

Dinner at Eataly on Bishopsgate. Delicious. You'll need to book.
