Dubai for Christmas?

We’ve booked Dubai for Christmas this year. However we’ve got cold feet. Somethings just not sitting right.
The Gov website has changed the advice last week in terms of terrorism threats there. I’m now thinking to cancel. Both my teen daughters think the same but my husband is hankering to still go.

would you go? Is it safe?

Also, on an aside…for those that have been..what’s the air quality like there?

I’m biased because we live in Dubai but 100% come!
I had no idea that the UK Gov had changed terrorism threat level, so nothing has changed here whatsoever! I always say it’s one of the safest places to go so don’t let that put you off! There isn’t a fear of terrorism over here.
and Christmas is one of the best times to come! so much to do and see and the weather will be great for exploring!

I would not have booked in the first place.

I am going for Christmas as well! But combining with another country. I wasn't even thinking of cancelling!

There isn't the fear of terrorism there as they are paid off and funded under the counter.
