Can you add a single checked in bag Ryan air

If you book with Ryan air for a family of 4. How is it possible to add just one single checked in bag for the whole family!l? I'm thinking maybe you add it later on or something or do you need to do one to the adults booking completely separate to the rest of the family?

Book as normal and add a bag to one person as part of the booking process. It will try and get you to upgrade to Family something but you can just choose Basic and add a bag in the next step

Yep I did it recently, just keep following the steps and it will eventually give you the option to add extra bags without all the priority boarding etc.

You add one bag under one name - the lead booker name makes the most sense.

Then we use the one checked bag for the family.

Watch Ryanairs policy for cabin bags - the allowed size is tiny now. A small rucksack size.
