‘Classy‘ holiday park North Wales

Looking for a ‘classy’ holiday park for next year, either a lodge or a caravan for DH, the dog and I, ideally in North Wales but would consider other locations as long as it’s coastal and within a 5-6 hour drive from Scotland.

I love the look of some of the Landals sites but the nicest ones seem to be quite far south.

We don’t have kids yet so don’t need somewhere with entertainment on side etc.

MNHQ update: If you’re short on time, here’s a summary of the best holiday parks Mumsnetters are recommending on this thread:

😎Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park, Porthmadog

😎Caister-on-Sea The Warren Holiday Park, Abersoch

😎Plassey Holiday Park, near Wrexham

Deal alert: Mumsnet users can save 5% on holiday park bookings made via Hoseasons as part of a special deal we've negotiated (note you'll need to be logged in to access this deal).

We've been to bluestone a few times, it's amazing!

The warren abersoch or the newer ends of the haven site at hafan y mor near Pwllheli, closest to the golf course.
