Is it worth it? Who did you book with?
I'd love to do 2-3 nights with DC next year (5&7 y/o)

Can’t help with any of the practical details as I was a child when I went with my family, but I still remember it to this day! What a magical place and one of my favourite childhood memories! 🎅🏽

Think I was roughly 9/10, and quite a “cool kid” who wasn’t easily impressed lol was in awe the whole time while there, not sure if it’s still the same set up, but my favourites were meeting the husky puppies and the reindeer led sledges! 🥰

Been twice, its magical !
First time with 4 year old , then a 10 and a 6 year old.

Took our 4 year old it was the best place he’d ever been totally magical it brings tears to your eyes it was fantastic we went at 4 am back by 12 intense but great trip

We went last year with Magic of Lapland when the kids were 6 and 9. It was amazing!

Absolutely worth it and seconding Magic of Lapland who made the whole experience absolutely perfect.

Definitely go for at least 2-3 nights.

Worth every single penny. We did 4 nights in Luosto with Canterbury Travel.

I took my son when he was around 7. I booked my own independent trip, flying into Helsinki (great place) and getting the overnight sleeper up to Rovaniemi. Cost about €1000 all in for the 3 of us, but clearly a no frills way to do it. Great fun, though.
