Posh-ish resort for families

Hi there, After divorce I would like to take my kids somewhere special for a week or two in one of the school holidays. Probably Europe and definitely for some sun.I am looking for recommendations for nice hotels and resorts that are good for families but also a little bit of a treat - so four star upwards. Any recommendations much appreciated.

Cascade, Lagos Portugal. Lovely, a little bit luxe, pricey but not insane.

Radisson Blue in Gran Canaria…Puerto de Morgan . Fabulous rooms ,huge balconies and pillows to die for.
Neilson in Lemnos . Great if you enjoy water sports.
