Ideally very central and no more than £250 a night.
Thank you!

Hotel Delle Nazioni is by the Trevi Fountain, so pretty central to all the main sights. We stayed there in May and it was very good.

GCF Luxury Suites is within an easy 10 min walk of the Spanish steps. It was quiet and the breakfast was brilliant.

We liked the Ponte Sisto Hotel - great location, as we loved walking over to Trastevere in the evenings. Walking distance to almost everything.

Rooms were comfortable if smallish, but it had a lovely roof terrace, and a large courtyard for breakfast (weather dependant!)

We stayed in trastevere as it was perfect location for the evenings, hotel jacope, only a 15min walk to the centre too.

Apologies, hotel San Francesco, the street was called jacopa de settesoli, trastevere, totally recommend.

We stayed in the Princeps Boutique a couple of weeks ago. Quite odd on that it is on the 4th floor of an apartment building (with a lift) but very comfortable and convenient for the train station. Good buffet breakfast and coffee and cake available all day. Easy walking distance of the Colosseum.

Albergo del Senato. I think only 3 star (so B&B, but no restaurant) but the perfect location slap bang next to the Pantheon. Small rooms, but that is the case throughout Rome. Helpful staff. Good car service.
