Sickness on lead up to flight

We are due to fly out to Spain in a weeks time. Today my DD is off school sick and DH is saying he is starting to feel ill.
obviously I hope we are al well by next week, but what do people do if there is sickness on the day of or just before a flight?

Do you just not go? Or do you go if you can manage to travel? Do the well people go and unwell ones stay home?

Anyone had this?

Im hoping it’s a theoretical discussion and we are all well by the flight, but if not I’m not sure what we will do!

I hope you are all well enough to travel, but remember you'll need a Dr's sick note to claim on travel insurance.

Don’t go obviously. Do not get on a plane while vomiting or feeling unwell, it’s so selfish to other travellers.

We’ll obviously if we are actively being sick we won’t travel, but what if we’re recovered the day before, or if we are I’ll is it usually possible to book a flight a few days later and claim on insurance?
