Hi, the heading says it all really, has anyone stayed at this hotel and if so, any good or bad reviews, its a Thomas Cook hotel and have been quoted quite a good deal with them to stay the 1st week in December - because its a Thomas Cook hotel they are singing it praises, so before I witter on anymore - has anyone stayed there, is it any good? etc thanks

Great pool for the children and a good play area as well.

It's massive so feels a bit anonymous. The breakfast is a free-for-all.

The rooms are perfectly adequate.

We liked it overall and would stay again, mainly because the children loved it so much (pool! Pirate ship to play on! Soft play!)
The thing is you don't really spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Make sure you lock away your valuables, dh's Palm was stolen while we were there, we suspect by the hotel cleaning staff!

Yes, we stayed there. No complaints at all. The room was lovely, the kids loved it. The enjoyed the breakfasts. The only thing I'd say is that it was quite far from the park but there was a free shuttle service which was very efficent. Also we got an amazing deal so didn't mind the distance.
