Not a guided walk per se, but a favourite of ours with visiting friends (particularly on a Sunday) was the following:

Shibuya station (Hachiko, Scramble crossing)
Walk up Bunkamura-dori (109 store, Don Quijote Main Store)
Pick up sandwich/cake from Viron (French bakery) and duck onto Centre-Gai
Tokyu Hands store (buy everything shop)
Yoyogi park (Olympic stadia, eat lunch, Dancing rockers)
Harajuku bridge (Cos-players)
Meiji Jingu Shrine
Walk down Omotesando (Kiddyland, Omotesando Hills, high end stores) or Takeshita Dori (cosplay / Harajuku style shops) and then rejoin Omotesando
Cross the crossing at Omotesando station and walk past the Prada Building and on to the Nezu Museum (enjoy the Gardens)
Collapse with a drink and then head to dinner.

Covers a lot of Tokyo ground in a day from high energy Shibuya and Harajuku to more peaceful Meiji Jingu and the gardens at the Nezu Museum.

NB The Nezu museum appears to close at 1630.

Thank you that sounds perfect. I’ve been to Tokyo before and lived in Japan for a bit, but I was only 8n Tokyofor a couple of days for work…and it was a long time ago. Any other tips or restaurant recommendations welcomed!
