Best place to travel in May

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations please.

I'm going to book a weekend away (Thurs - Sun) at the end of May next year. 2 adults.

What country would you recommend for nice weather, and not the longest flight time as we are only going for 3 nights.

Loads of places in Europe will be lovely then! Anywhere in Italy, Spain, southern half of France. Croatia/Greece too, but might be a bit far.

Do you want city or beach or countryside or… ?

However right at the end of May is half term (the late May bank hol is the first weekend of half term). So I would recommend picking a weekend before that for cheaper flights.

We're easy, it's a toss up between a weekend round an all inclusive pool or a city break. We'll be happy with either just wanted to go somewhere warm.
