Looking for tips on where in Chesapeake to go for a weekend (after spending some time in DC/Baltimore) later this month.

Anyone got any favourite places or tips?

Hey OP, I’m just back from DC & Baltimore & after visiting both, I headed through Shenandoah NP and stayed in Charlottesville. Then I moved on to Colonial Williamsburg. It’s only about a 2hr drive to go directly from DC to CW & it was a great place to spend a few nights.

Not sure if you have planned anything for Baltimore, but I recommend staying in Fells Point (my hotel was in the Inner Harbour but Fells Point is much nicer). Also recommend visiting Fort McHenry & Camden Yards if the Orioles are playing!
