Greek hotel suggestions

I am looking at hotels in Greece for next year, I am thinking of an island (not Kos, Corfu, Mykonos, Crete or Santorini) or the mainland.
I would like some greenery, ideally a bay or if not then nice scenery, all inclusive works well for my DH and I (no DC with us). I like to go out about either on an excursion every other day or hire a car and go out nearly every day. I slightly prefer not to have a car. I like things like boat trips, ruins, caves, islands, evening shows with meals.
Budget is 4k for 10 days or less if going for a shorter period.
Any suggestions?

Have a look at Ikos hotels although you'd probably only get a week for your budget.

Depending on when exactly in June and who you book with you might be able to just squeak Elix Mar-Bella in Parga in under budget, which is a gorgeous hotel
