Moving country

Has anyone travelled as a lone parent to Australia or Canada to start a new life with their child? I'm seriously considering it after a traumatic and messy breakup with my BD who doesn't live in this country now either.
Is it hard, was it worth it etc?

Try posting in living overseas rather than holidays, there are bunch of people on there who have moved from the UK.

My first thought is could you get a visa? Depending on your job and qualifications they can either be responsibly easy or practically impossible to get.

Yes I have a bachelors degree in social care from Ireland and loads of experience
