jet lag

ive just come back after a 20 hour flight and i did not sleep on the plane. I do not feel tired is this normal. I exoected to feek exgaysted. I guess it will catch up with me in the next day or so

give it 24 hours......

I find it depends on which direction you are flying, but it does hit eventually.
