I'm looking for a resort in Croatia or Greece which has all the facilities of a family hotel type resort (pools, restaurants, mini market, activities etc.) but that has self catering apartments or villas. Preference is to be totally self catering with access to places to eat out if we wish and pools/activities on doorstep, basically somewhere like Martinhal (which we've already been to) but in Greece or Croatia. Does this exist? Obviously I've already googled but don't seem to be hitting on quite what I'm looking for, I'm mainly finding full board or AI options that offer two bed suites or apartments but ideally we don't want to be bound by having to dine at explicit times and it suits us better to just have breakfast in accommodation rather than having to get up, dressed and corral the kids to a restaurant. We'd perhaps consider AI if we had access to basic in accommodation kitchen facilities but definitely don't want to to do a hotel full or half board type thing. Any recommendations gratefully received as I'm driving myself mad trying to find something.
