Over 75s travel insurance

Any recommendations please for travel insurance for my parents who are in late 70s. Few well controlled health declarations, e.g. previous hip surgery, cardiac stents.
Comparison websites not giving many options

We used Saga on our last trip. Both aged 71. Not cheap. Fairly healthy but if you have seen a doctor or specialist in the last two years for any condition it bumps up the price a bit.

Last time we found The Post Office quite reasonable for this and DH is in his seventies.
