Half term solo holiday

Looking for ideas for a cheap(ish) break over half term. My DD will be with her dad for the week. I really need a break. Been working silly hours for months now, and my parents have kindly given me £500 to pay for a relaxing get away, on my own. Question is, where do I go?
I’d like at least half board, preferably all inclusive but not essential, as I won’t be drinking alcohol anyway. Open to cruises, package holidays abroad or UK.
I doubt it’ll be hot enough to go swimming at that time if the year, but I love boats and the sea. Interested in history. Not really interested in sporting activities tbh. No golfing or hiking holidays! No intention of jumping out of planes or anything. Walking around museums or ruins, art galleries, “nik nacky” shops, (but not “high street”/ designer boutique shopping), sitting on boats/ a ferry all appeal. A coach trip could work.
I love the Isle of Wight, and have always wanted to go to Jersey. My travels to date have really been limited to Majorca and Turkey, so ideas for good travel companies/ websites, as well as destinations would be very much appreciated.

Love holidays have some great deals. I saw one for jersey last night that was less then £600. I've found the company to be very good for customer service and they're atol protected with a wide range of flights. Other then that you have Rome or Barcelona is lovely. Was there the other day and so much to do and felt incredibly safe compared to London.

In May I went on an amazing solo holiday to Tunisia, I paid just £500 for four nights (five days because of flight times) all inclusive. I did one big excursion to the Atlas Mountains (ruins etc) and then went for a couple of walks, had a spa treatment every day and went swimming. I loved having my own room and massive bed. I took magazines and enjoyed reading them in the bar and on the beach. I had a great time.
