Hello
I’ve been in Biarritz the last two summers and absolutely loved it, so much so that we’re thinking of going for New Year’s.
But we are wondering if it’s more of a summer town and it might be too quiet at Christmas, in terms of shops and restaurants closing for the winter season.
Does anyone know what the area is like in winter?
