All inclusive, 2bed/apartment, November sun

I'm thinking Canaries, but can't really find any proper 2 bed places that also have an AI option (I'm sick of self catering, I'm still the only one who cares about crumbs). Where should we go?

Tui holiday village have at least family

Kos in November? It's just about closed down and very cold.

If you want to stay in Europe, I’d look for somewhere with a heated pool. Riu Gran Canaria has a large heated pool and family apartments with two proper bedrooms. Another option would be Egypt of you want guaranteed sunshine. We found no shortage of two-bedroom apartments in AI resorts in the Hurghada area.

I didn't think about Egypt, I'll get looking. All my searches on booking.com seemed to show 2 bedrooms, but when I actually clicked in was a sofa bed in one room plus bedroom, or two hotel rooms or studio apartments. I'll look at tui too, thanks.

Waterpark would be ideal, but definitely a choice of pools. I was doing some more research this afternoon and still no closer. I was looking around Siam water park in Tenerife but I just can't find the two separate bedrooms I'm looking for.
