Travel insurance provider while awaiting investigation

Hello
I have been referred to audiology for tinnitus.
Due to wait times, I have not been seen and I am unlikely to be seen prior to my holiday.
Insurers are refusing to insure me as I am awaiting investigation.
can anyone recommend an insurer who specialises in providing insurance for those awaiting investigation? Thank you

Staysure and Payingtoomuch.com are good. I had breast cancer in 2021and then chemo/radiotherapy etc and both insured me once treatment was over and whilst I was continuing to have injections and take ongoing medication.
