Hoping someone can help. DS1 has just sent off for his first adult passport after having a child passport previously. It says to allow 10 weeks for this. We want to go on holiday in 6 weeks.
Does an adult passport after a child one take less time than a first ever passport? I realise this is a quieter time of year for applications anyway. I did the younger DC and it took less than 7 days.
