Just over the bridge on the Twickenham side. A crying shame they closed it.

This thread is making me yearn for American Tan tights and white boots, as I did at nine..

I had black boots because they were hand me downs from my brother. It made me the bitter and twisted woman i am today.

I know. It's so much posher to have to have hand-me-downs. You know I still look at my brothers sometimes and think "If I had been older than you, you wouldn't have been forced to wear girly hand-me downs!"

Ah, Putney! I used to live orf the Lower Richmond Road, in my twenties.

I lived just opposite the swimming pool for a while when I was a child (before anyone else on this thread was born!)
