Spain in October

Has anyone been to Salou in Spain, or Palma Nova in Majorca, mid October? I was just wondering what the weather was like? Travelling as a family of four, 3.5 year old and a 9 month old.
I don’t want it to be too cold as we will be on the beach most days.

I’ve not been to Salou in October but I have been to Majorca a few times.

One time it was sunny all week and warm - high twenties.

Other times it has been changeable with some rain showers, some sun, most days low to mid 20s.

One time it was heavy rain every day for 5 days.

The sea is usually pretty warm though, so that’s nice.
