I'm trying to renew my passport. The only document I was asked for was my marriage certificate. Sent that off. 2 weeks later account updated to shoe they received my documents.
Since then, twice a week for 4 weeks, they've emailed me asking for my documents. I can't get through to anyone on the phone. The email says ignore the email if they've had the doccuments in the last 2 weeks but this is just dragging on. Anyone else had similar?
