December short break- which city will be dry?

Have big birthday Dec and want a city break.

Was thinking Rome or Venice or will it be rainy?

—any recommendations for Europe and low rainfall? Have done Barcelona and Amsterdam.

Historically Rome is pretty rainy in December, I think it’s the wettest month of the year there. I think Venice is generally less rainy historically in December, although it is also colder.

I know it’s not Europe but flight times are only roughly three hours - Marrakech is pretty dry in December.

yes I thought Rome might be wet.
I really hate the rain…
