Where to go & when ??

Looking to go on holiday between April and August 2024. Between 7-10 days. we're not bothered about long-haul flights, don’t mind somewhere close either. We’re based in England, Don’t want Uk or Ireland though. Our budget is around £3000 ish, and we're seeking a warmt destination that's not too party-centric but still offers plenty to see and do. Would love some recommendations. Don’t want to go to turkey, been there too many times!☀️🌴

Grecotel Creta Palace just outside Rethymno in Crete. Go in early June, if you can.

Sorrento!! It’s a fab town with lots of places to eat and drink and lots of promenading in the evenings. Use it as a base for visiting Pompeii, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Ischia etc. Have a day or two relaxing, then a trip out.

Sorrento isn’t as pretty as some of the neighbouring villages but the old town and harbour still gorgeous. Cheaper to stay there then Amalfi / Positano so a good place to use as a base.
