Options for May Half Term

Where us a good place to go in half term for some sun
Thinking of switching our family holiday from the summer to ht due to heat. Doesn't seem to make a difference cost wise.
We've not been to Portugal Cyprus Bulgaria Tunisia I think they were.contenders this year... we picked Turkey
Is there a good time of year to look for free chile's spaces?

I'm looking at Greece for next May and there's lots of free child places on jet2

Cyprus is great weather wise in the May half term, it gets too hot in July/August but is reliably sun bathing weather by the end of May. Not sure about free child places.

Cyprus or Canaries

Greece is gorgeous in May half term. Sunny and hot but not baking. But you may want to find a heated pool as large pools and the sea are chilly at that time.

I expect the same applies to most Med countries
