Costa Adeje Hotels for teens

Hi, getting a bit sad about summer ending so decided to book a holiday for Oct half term today. I've booked the Ryan air flights to Tenerife south and at the moment provisionally booked GF GRAN COSTA ADEJE but now starting to wonder if another might be a better option so wanted opinions please;

Wants;

  1. 2 teenage boys - 13 & 15 who love to keep active but could also amuse themselves with a beach, pool & ball if needed but wondered if there were better ones for them.
  2. We all love eating out and exploring different food & venues so deffo don't want all inclusive and ideally want walking distance from decent no of restaurants and also a bit of life so we feel like we are on holiday!
  3. I saw there is a water park which we would probs visit but would be happy to get a taxi to it if needed
  4. Reasonable accomodation ideally with a sea view would be ideal

Thanks so much in advance, it was after reading on Mumsnet that Costa Adeje is a nice place that I chose that destination - now just want to get the right hotel hopefully, thank you xx

I think the best in terms of facilities for teens is GF Victoria but it doesn’t have see views. Bahia del Duque and Dreams Jardin Tropical also have some teen facilities like a teen lounge or teen club, and they both have sea views.

We went to costa adeje with 17,18 and 19 year olds. We stayed half board at a hotel which allowed us to take lunch instead of dinner so we ate out.
Siam Park is a short taxi ride from CA but not sure it would be warm enough in autumn half term. The hotel was an Iberostar.

Baobab Suites could work, there is a sports area which we didn’t use much (had small kids) but looked very teen friendly with hammocks and tennis courts etc. Also bikes for hire.

It does have sea views as it’s up on the hill.

There’s an on site restaurant and cafe but they’re not included, it’s all set up for self catering (you can get breakfast packs delivered). Most independent restaurants are down near the beach so a bit of a walk but do able especially with teens rather than littlies.

I’ve stayed at the hotel you’ve linked. It’s pretty central. I would also look at iberostar hotels. We’ve stayed at them all and would recommend them.
Siam park is an absolute must. You can get a taxi or there are buses from the resort (but they can get very busy)

Iberostar Selection Anthelua had stuff on to suit teens from memory.

We usually stay at Baobab Suites, the sports area should be good for teens. It's up a hill but not too far to walk and the views are great.
