So disappointed with our recent stay earlier this month. There was a vomiting/diarrhoea bug circulating, Neilson suspected it was norovirus. Over 50 people at the resort had it, ruined our holiday. Unfortunately, Neilson weren't following hygiene standards, e.g. continued with a self-serve buffet with all guests touching the same utensils! I asked why they hadn't switched to an attended service as soon as they were aware of sickness, and didn't get a satisfactory answer. I brought quite a few other hygiene things to their attention too. This stuff isn't rocket science, UK government has published guidance on controlling norovirus.
