We're going to Center Parcs Woburn soon, and having been before and my own children pick up some bug / drunk half the swimming pool, I know the state the beds can end up looking. In the haze of vomit of our last visit, I can't remember what of the actual bed gets changed. In the middle of the night we up-ended the mattress topper as sick had gone right through, and this got me thinking - is that part actually changed or is it just the linen does anyone know? I'm thinking of buying waterproof mattress protectors, both to stop the risk of us damaging the beds, but also to stop what might lurk beneath touching my kids. Is that crazy? It's adding at least £20 to an already ludicrously priced short break! Any other hygiene tips?! I never used to be this type of parent but I'm so done with my kids being ill this year! It would be nice to have a holiday where no one catches anything.
